Parkway City · Existing website improvements

Improve the site
already in place.

Review and improve Parkway City’s existing sales website, keeping the working map and focusing investment on confirmed gaps.

What already exists

The current Oaktree site already presents Parkway City with a plot map, satellite overlay, searchable plot index, sizes, sale status, pricing, payment calculator and plot-specific enquiry form.

Public pages reviewed on 4 October 2026. These are observed features, not verification of the stock register, prices, service delivery or sales claims. Enquiry delivery and editing access remain untested.

What we’ll deliver

First establish what is reliable and maintainable. Then agree the improvements that help buyers shortlist a plot and reach the sales team.

01

Map and data review

Check the existing plot boundaries, numbering, areas and sale status against the developer’s approved register. Review how prices and payment terms are maintained.

Keep the working map and search. Add filtering or accessibility improvements only where the review identifies a need.

02

Content and imagery

Review the existing sales pages, replace unfinished placeholders and confirm factual claims. Update current site imagery and explain approved amenities and future home possibilities.

Existing, under-construction and proposed features are labelled separately. Concept images are clearly marked.

03

Enquiries and maintenance

Test the existing plot-specific form through to the sales team with permission. Agree follow-up responsibilities and add an approved WhatsApp route if required.

Confirm access to the source and current editing workflow. Scope a protected inventory editor only if the existing process needs one.

A register behind
the map.

The masterplan provides the visual base. A developer-approved register provides the sales information.

Before improvements

  • Confirm the current survey or CAD plan, plot numbers, areas and any merged plots.
  • Reconcile one row per saleable plot: available, reserved, sold or not marketed.
  • Approve prices and currency, or use “price on enquiry”.
  • Supply permitted site images, brand assets, contacts and amenity descriptions.

Keeping it reliable

  • Assign a sales-team owner and agreed update frequency.
  • Show when availability was last updated.
  • Keep buyer identities out of the public register.
  • Treat enquiries as enquiries, not automatic reservations.

The marked-up PDF is a starting reference, not a verified stock ledger. Unmarked plots will not be assumed available.

How we’ll work

Agree the findings and improvement scope before commissioning implementation. A replacement website is an option only if the technical review justifies it.

Stage 1

Audit the existing site

Review source and hosting access, inventory updates, pricing logic, content and enquiries. Identify what to retain and what needs changing.

Stage 2

Agree and improve

Approve a bounded list of fixes and additions, with a separate quotation. Implement only those changes, retaining working features and existing URLs where practical.

Stage 3

Verify and hand over

Check revised data and claims, mobile browsing, enquiry delivery and inventory updates. Train the nominated editor and agree release with the developer.

Commercial scope

Audit first, scoped improvements second

Quote the initial review separately, then a fixed fee for agreed improvements. Review existing hosting and domain arrangements before adding running costs. Price any ongoing content or maintenance support separately.

Fee, currency, tax treatment, payment milestones, revision allowance and programme remain to be agreed. This is not a binding offer.

Options, not hidden inclusions

Photography, drone work, architectural renders, home-catalogue integration, paid advertising, automated CRM integration, online payments and reservation transactions are separately scoped. A full rebuild or migration is not included by default.

Sales uplift is not guaranteed. The developer remains responsible for stock, price and marketing claims.

Ready for launch when

  • Every marketed plot matches the signed-off register.
  • Map and list work at mobile and desktop widths.
  • Test enquiries reach the agreed sales destination with the plot reference.
  • The nominated editor can update stock without changing the design.

Next step: confirm source/editing access and the stock register, then agree the audit and improvement quotation.

Prepared from the supplied brief and plan. The existing Oaktree website remains untouched. This preview proposes review and improvement work; it is not a replacement sales site.
